Bathroom sinks accumulate toothpaste, soap scum, and hair – most of it in places you cannot see.

  1. Clear the drain catch and remove any hair.
  2. Spray the entire sink basin with a bathroom cleaner. Let sit 2 minutes.
  3. Scrub the basin, faucet, and handles with a microfiber cloth or sponge.
  4. Use an old toothbrush around the faucet base and drain edges.
  5. For a slow drain: pour baking soda then vinegar, wait 15 minutes, flush with boiling water.
  6. Rinse everything and dry chrome to prevent water spots.
