Leather furniture can last decades when maintained – or crack within years when it is not.

  1. Dust weekly with a dry microfiber cloth. Dust particles cause surface dulling over time.
  2. For light soiling, wipe with distilled water. Never tap water – minerals leave spots.
  3. For stains, use leather cleaner applied to a cloth – never sprayed directly.
  4. Apply leather conditioner every 6 to 12 months. Dry air common in southern Utah accelerates leather drying.

Avoid: baby wipes, all-purpose cleaners, vinegar, and direct sunlight. Baby wipes contain chemicals that degrade leather over time.
