A dirty grill affects the flavor of your food and shortens the life of your equipment. Clean it while still warm – that is when grease comes off easiest.

After each use:

  1. Brush grates with a stiff grill brush while still warm.
  2. Empty the drip tray – overflowing grease is a fire hazard.

Monthly deep clean:

  1. Soak grates in hot soapy water for 30 minutes. Scrub and rinse.
  2. Wipe the interior with a degreaser and rinse thoroughly.
  3. Dry all parts completely before reassembling.

A clean grill runs hotter and more evenly.
