Centennial Cleaners (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates centcleaners.com and provides residential, commercial, and post-construction cleaning services in Southern Utah and Northern Arizona. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

Information You Give Us

We only collect personal information that you choose to submit through one of our forms.

Contact form

When you send us a message, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and the contents of your message.

Free quote and booking requests

When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, the size of the space to be cleaned, the address of the property, and any details you provide about the job.

We ask for a property address only so we can estimate the work accurately and, if you hire us, arrive at the right location. We do not use service addresses for marketing.

“How did you find us?” survey

Our contact page includes an optional question asking how you heard about us. Answers are collected through Google Forms and are anonymous — we do not receive your name, email, or any other identifying detail with a survey response, and we cannot connect a response to a specific person or job.

What we do not collect

We do not sell products online and do not process payments through this website. We never ask for credit card, bank account, or Social Security numbers through our site. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, ours records certain technical information whenever you visit.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our site — which pages get visited, how long people stay, and whether visitors are new or returning. Analytics collects your IP address, browser and device type, approximate geographic location, the pages you view, and the site or search that referred you.

We use this to see which services people are most interested in and to improve the site. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we have not enabled Google’s advertising or remarketing features.

Google’s practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Analytics entirely using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Server logs

Our web host records standard access logs, including IP addresses and timestamps, for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser so it can recognize your browser on a later visit.

Our site sets two cookies, both belonging to Google Analytics:

CookiePurposeLifespan
_gaDistinguishes one visitor from anotherAbout 2 years
_ga_4M6QWFL9GJMaintains the Analytics sessionAbout 2 years

These are analytics cookies, not strictly necessary ones. Our site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Our site will continue to work normally if you do.

If you log in to our site as an administrator, WordPress sets additional cookies to keep you signed in. These are never set for ordinary visitors.

Third Parties

We share information only with the service providers that make our website and business work:

  • Google Analytics — receives the website usage data described above.
  • Google Forms — receives anonymous “how did you find us?” survey responses.
  • Trustindex — powers the Google Reviews widget displayed on our site. It displays reviews already published publicly on Google.
  • Our website host and email provider — store our site and deliver the form submissions sent to us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

How Long We Keep Information

Form submissions are delivered to us by email and remain in our business email account. We keep inquiries as long as needed to respond, provide service, and maintain ordinary business records — typically no longer than seven years for customer records, consistent with standard bookkeeping practice. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention period set in our Analytics account.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Your Choices

You may:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
  • Ask us to delete your information
  • Opt out of Google Analytics using the tools linked above
  • Block cookies through your browser
  • Ask us to stop contacting you

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law. We honor these requests regardless of whether a law requires it. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We will respond within 45 days.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted through our site, including serving the entire site over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Links to Other Sites

Our site links to our profiles on Google, Facebook, and other platforms. Once you leave our website, this policy no longer applies, and the privacy policy of that platform governs.

Changes

We may update this policy as our business or website changes. The revision date at the top will always reflect the current version.
